Bowling Centers Agreement
It is agreed by the participating bowling center that it will pay the bowling professor one dollar
for every question asked by a bowler listing them as their bowling center.
The bowling professor will bill the bowling center monthly for the total amount of questions asked
in that specific month. The bowling center agrees to pay the bowling professor on or before the
tenth of the following month for the total questions asked.
It will be the bowling center's obligation to promote the program to the bowlers as much and as often
as possible, using the manual as a guide to the promoting this service free of charge to the bowler.
In addition the bowling professor will supply the bowling center a placard for the control desk and
decals for the scorer tables; a manual and three leaflets.
The bowling center also agrees to give the participating bowler a discount (not to be taken with any
other with any other discount) for as many games as they deem necessary; if they do not wish to;
adopt the suggested 6 game total by the Bowling Professor.
In addition they may extend the time limit to bowl the games other than accept the suggested one
outing. The Bowling professor will issue a certificate for these games with a unique number; to
practice what was given to them by the bowling professor.
The bowler will be allowed to ask only one question per every seven day period. This control will be
managed by the bowling professor website as all the rest of the program.
The bowling center will have its own page on the website where all the required information regarding
the questions, the unique number and the bowlers bio. The bowlers will be listed separately by league
bowler and open bowler. They will also have the option to select and upload to excel, whatever list
they wish, for whatever purpose they wish.
The bowling center has no obligation to continue this program for any specific time and can stop its
presentation in their bowling center/centers at any time they wish. They must notify the bowling
professor of their desire and all of the questions asked up to that point must be paid within ten days
after billing by the bowling professor.In addition the bowling center agrees to mail back the
placard/placards they were issued in good order to the bowling professor, by insured mail for
bending damage or non delivery. Any placards not returned ingood order or lost, will be charged
to the bowling center at the rate of $10.00.
Any written offers by the bowling professor that that conflict with the above will supersede the specific
items it conflicts with.
